On March 29, Steinway and Sons launched what they called the #PianoDayChallenge. They asked pianists around the world to post a video of themselves performing a piano work. I thought, "Why not?" and posted a clip of an impromptu performance of Liszt's Petrarch Sonnet 47 (below). Today I was pleased to see that my hands made it into a short video Steinway made piecing together the clips from many of the submissions!! If you click the link below, you should be able to see the full video and me, at around 45 seconds. The full performance that I posted is at the bottom of this post. Enjoy!
